I offer a variety of services to help you chart a course to health and happiness. Together, we will identify your goals and break them down into manageable actions, giving you the confidence to take one step at a time to a healthier you.

My primary work involves nutrition education and meal planning so that you and your family feel empowered to make healthier choices that don't compromise on taste. I have experience in pediatric nutrition as well as working with teenagers, especially those suffering from eating disorders.

I can help you create a custom nutrition plan to achieve weight loss or weight management, build muscle, or hone your body for specific sports. Nutrition is also an excellent way to treat many diseases and chronic illnesses, including gastrointestinal conditions like Crohn's disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and ulcerative colitis. Food plans can also help alleviate symptoms of cancer and cancer treatments, and of course illnesses like diabetes and heart disease.

THE ESSENTIALS
This is a one time, 90 minute comprehensive nutritional consultation. I will get to know you, your medical history, and your goals, as well as any questions or concerns you have related to your body, health, or relationship with food.

We will go over your medical history, current diet, medications and supplements, and lifestyle to form a comprehensive picture of your current health and work together to set healthy and achievable goals.
Together, we will create a plan for your nutrition and physical activity to achieve your goals. We will have one follow up session lasting 45 minutes about 2-3 weeks after your initial consultation.
THE GOAL SETTER
This package includes individualized support throughout your health journey. We will begin with a 90 minute comprehensive consultation (as described in The Essentials) and work together to set your goals for nutrition and exercise.

This package also includes three 45 minute follow up appointments about 2-3 weeks apart. This allows us to check in on your goals and go over any questions or concerns you may have. If anything in your nutrition and exercise plan needs to be adjusted, we will do so together.

We can also set new goals as your original goals are achieved, helping you establish a life long habit of health and motivation!
THE INTENSIVE
You are the VIP in this three month intensive health package. We will begin with the same 90 minute consultation and set both short and long term goals together.

This package also includes weekly 45 minute coaching calls to help provide accountability for your health plan and goals. We can adjust any elements of your plan as needed and reevaluate goals throughout the process.

I will help you establish a wide range of meal plans that fit your nutritional needs, share some of my favorite recipes, as well as help tailor recipes you love to fit your health needs and dietary requirements. Together we will find your best self!
